2009/2010 school year continued:
As the Little Patriots History Club gears up for its 8th year of classes, I can't think of a better way to celebrate Independence than by remembering and celebrating those brave souls who sacrificed so much to give us freedom. When the Little Patriots History Club began 8 years ago its vision was simple: "To remind the young people of today, of the rich heritage our forefathers bestowed upon us. To instill in their hearts the same character and love for the Lord that truly made our nation a nation under God. To tell to the generations to come the praises of the Lord, and His strength, and the wonderful works that He has done. To reclaim our nations Godly heritage."
History writers of today are giving a perverted view of the men and women that God used to make America different from any other nation. Take God out of the text books and you have a generation of young people who don't know where they came from, where they are going, nor why they are here. The God of Adam, the God of Abraham, the God of the Pilgrims, Washington, Jackson, and Sgt. York are one in the same. He is the God almighty, "...who was, who is, and who is to come." Rev.1:8
The Little Patriots History club is excited about bringing history to life, learning how God moves in the lives of His people, and preserving the true history of this great nation.
